Clean and welcoming quick service Japanese spot. I'm visiting for work and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did. My cashier Mary was warm and inviting, extremely helpful with ordering and left me feeling great before I even got my food. I had the Katsu Chicken Bento Lunch and it was a great portion and had a good variety of items in the box. Now I wish we had a spot like this back home. Also, getting all this food and a drink for 10 bucks is a steal now a days in regards to eating out. I hope many successful years to come for this establishment. If I'm ever back in Greensboro I'll be sure to stop in again to try more of the food.

5 Star for sure. 1st time visiting and it did not disappoint. Food and Management A plus. Lunch portions are more than enough. Atomosphere was warm and welcoming. Restrooms were clean and properly stocked. If you're looking for quick Japanese, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!

This was my 1st time to eat here, and I have say it's pretty good. I had the chicken and steak hibachi. The portion size was very decent. The chicken and steak was seasoned well, I know some reviews said meat was overcooked but mine was perfectly cooked. The veggies had no seasoning though. I took a look at the menu to see what else they had to offer; which was ramen and rice balls (origini) takoyaki (octopus balls), and Curry which you dont see often in hibachi restaurant. So the menu offers different Asian dishes. The staff was nice; they accommodate for my selfish allergy, and they have a lot of vegetarian options, and the place was clean, my family and I was able to pick a table that was clean, so no issues with that. I would go back again. Thanks again.

Placed a large order for my office mates the other day and the food was so delicious, I came back today. Ms. Mary and Ms. Tavia provide great customer service, and that is what brings me back so soon...and again. I ordered the tofu and vegetable hibachi and the tofu did not disappoint.

Visited this Japanese restaurant for the first time, and honestly, the experience fell flat. Everything is self-service, which is fine, but the place was extremely noisy. The kitchen was loud, and the staff were talking among themselves like customers didn’t matter. It took away any chance of enjoying the atmosphere. After ordering, they handed one of those pager buzzers that vibrates when your food is ready — practical, but it felt more like a cafeteria setup than a dining experience. When it came to the food, things went downhill fast. The steak and chicken were overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor. The biggest disappointment was the jasmine fried rice — it wasn’t even fully cooked, and you could literally feel the hardness in every bite. For a place that’s supposed to focus on Japanese flavors, the basics should be right. I’m giving 1 star this time because the overall experience was disappointing. Still, I hope they take this as constructive feedback. They can improve the noise level, train the staff to be more customer-focused, ensure consistency in cooking, and double-check food quality before serving. The concept has potential, but they need to tighten things up to earn anot
